I had the opportunity to photograph the check presentation and shopping spree of one of the Petco Foundation’s Holiday Wishes Award. Meet Jack B. Nimble: he is a therapy cat that visits hospice patients and nursing home residents. His owner shared his story and won a $25,000 grant for the rescue that he came from, which was Crash’s Landing here in Grand Rapids.
